Yes, you need a flashed drive or you need to hot swap everytime you want to play a game. Hot swapping is just removing a non-burned game while it is spinning and then putting in your burned game. It's a lot more convient to just flash a drive.

How you flash a drive depends on what type of drive you have. There are many different types of drives; BenQ, Hitachi, Lite-on, Samsung, etc. And depending on what drive you have determines how you flash it. And yes, you can get banned for having a flashed drive. One of my Xbox's is banned because of it.

I don't understand why in the video he has you open the .dvd file in notepad to look at the layer break number, if the whole point of having a .dvd file is that when you open it with imgburn it automatically uses the layer break specified in the dvd file
