How to Extract or Inject GPD's From Your Profile
How to Extract and Inject GPD's By Twis7eD of InsomniacGamerZ.net This tutorial will teach you how to extract or inject a GPD file out of your profile container and be able to play on your profile afterwords without it corrupting. Requirements: Le Fluffie (WxPirs will not work! It doesn't allow you to inject files.) Party Buffalo Drive Explorer Or any other program that you can use to explore your storage device(Modio, USB Xtaf GUI, FATXplorer, Xport360, Xplorer360,etc. Your Xbox 360 profile - we will get this using the drive explorer A GPD - I will be using a modded Black Ops GPD 1. Open up your drive explorer. I will be using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer. If you are using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer, your screen should look similar to this: ![]() 2. Now, open your drive with your drive explorer. If you are using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer, then your screen will look similar to this: 3. Now that your storage device is open, we will see something similar to this: ![]() There will be cache and data folders for USB devices. For an OEM HDD, you will see 3 Partitions. Partition 1, Partition 2, and Partition 3. You will be working with the Partition 3 folder and people with USB devices will be working with the data folder. 4. Now, follow these folder paths to get to your film(s). The folder paths are Data > Content > (your profile ID) > FFFE07D1 > 000000001 > (your profile). This is what it will look like: ![]() 5. Now extract the profile that you want to mod. I am extracting my main profile to mod. Extract the file to whatever location you want. ![]() 6. Now open up Le Fluffie. You should see a screen similar to this: ![]() 7. Now go to File > Open and navigate to where you saved your profile to. Open it. Once it is open, your screen should look similar to this: ![]() 8. Now go over to the Contents tab. It is just to the right of the Main tab in the package(your profile) that you opened. It should look similar to this: ![]() You can see all the GPD's in your profile. One for each game that you have played and have saved data in. 9. Now, to extract a GPD, just right click on whichever GPD you want to extract and and click Extract File. Then just choose the location that you want to extract to. ![]() Every step onwards from this point is related to injecting GPD's. If you only wanted to learn how to extract a GPD, then you can stop reading here. 10. To inject a new GPD, just right click on any GPD in the list and go down to Inject File. Find the GPD you want to inject and double click it. It's that easy. If it's a game that you already have a GPD for, then make sure to either inject the GPD over the old one or go down to Replace File. ![]() 11. Then just go on over to the Profile tab and click on Save Account. ![]() 12. Now go back to your drive explorer. Navigate to Data > Content > (your profile ID) > FFFE07D1 > 000000001 > (your profile). This is what it will look like: ![]() 13. Right click over your old, not modded, profile and click inject. Inject the newly modded profile and make sure to click overwrite/replace if it asks. Congratulations, you have now injected or extracted a GPD from your profile.
