How to Mod a Bulletstorm Single Player Game Save
How to Mod a Bulletstorm Single Player Game Save By Twis7eD of InsomniacGamerZ.net This tutorial will teach you how to easily mod a game save for Bulletstorm. When you mod the game save, it will mod the amount of XP, points, whatever you want to call them so that you can buy upgrades for your guns and other weapons and equipment. It's really helpful and easy to do. Requirements: Bulletstorm Game Save Editor A Bulletstorm Game Save Party Buffalo Drive Explorer Or any other program that you can use to explore your storage device(Modio, USB Xtaf GUI, FATXplorer, Xport360, Xplorer360,etc. Modio or any other resigner such as CONcept or Horizon, etc. 1. Open up your drive explorer. I will be using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer. If you are using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer, your screen should look similar to this: ![]() 2.Now, open your drive with your drive explorer. If you are using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer, then your screen will look similar to this: 3.Now that your storage device is open, we will see something similar to this if you are using a USB device: ![]() There will be cache and data folders for USB devices. For an OEM HDD, you will see 3 Partitions. Partition 1, Partition 2, and Partition 3. You will be working with the Partition 3 folder and people with USB devices will be working with the data folder. 4. Now, if you are using a USB device, follow these folder paths to get to your game save. The folder paths are Data > Content > (your profile ID) > 454108EF > 000000001 > PlayerFile. This is what it will look like: ![]() Now, if you are using an OEM HDD, then it will be almost exactly the same. The file paths will be: Partition 3 > Content > (your profile ID) > 454108EF > 000000001 > PlayerFile. 5. From there, you are going to right click on your PlayerFile and extract it to wherever you want on your computer. ![]() 6. Now we are going to open the Bulletstorm Game Save editor. Your screen should look similar to this: ![]() 7. From there, we are going to go the Menu and click on Open and open our [b]PlayerFile[b] game save. ![]() 8. Now that your save is open, it will display how much XP, points, or whatever you want to call it that you have. I have 3510. ![]() 9. Click in the box and change the value to anything you want up to 200,000,000. If you go above that number, then the program will give you an error message. I have changed my XP to 999,999 as pictured below: ![]() Make sure to click save once you have put the amount of XP you want in. 10. Now open up Modio or whatever other resigner you will be using. If you are using Modio, then your screen will look similar to this: ![]() 11. Click the first option, which is Open a save. 12. Now just open your [b]PlayerFile[b] file, which is your Bulletstorm save. You will then be presented with a screen similar to this: ![]() 13. Make sure your profile and console ID's are correct. Most of the time you can assume that they are. If they are, then click the Rehash and Resign button. If you did it correctly, it will say Rehashed and Resigned in the lower left hand corner where my arrow is pointing to. It will only say it for a couple seconds, so make sure to look right after you have pressed the rehash and resign button. 14. Now go back to the Bulletstorm folder located at Content > (your profile ID) > 454108EF > 000000001 and replace the old PlayerFile file with the new modded one. It will ask if you want to overwrite/replace, say yes. ![]() Congratulations, you have now modded the single player of Bulletstorm! Hopefully more advanced mods will be discovered for this game soon.
