I'm not sure if this is modding but its a way to get DLC's onto your xbox

HowTo:
1. Download
2. Open USB or HDD
3. Open Content
4. Open or make 000000000000000 or open your Profile signed folder e.g "E0000HY62028HSE"
5. Open "Get the right code from the site, if its not there make it"
6. Make a new folder and name it "00000002"
7. Put the Game Add-on in the folder you just made (00000002)

DO NOT REHASH AND RESIGN!

Only works if you are on a JTAG, though, because most DLC are LIVE files. This would only work on a retail Xbox if you get the really rare CON DLC files.

not ture!!! i have the oblivion knights of the nine now because of this and it costs 800MS points

Do me a favor...open the DLC in a hex editor and read off the first couple lines. It should either say LIVE or CON. That will give you your answer. There are some exceptions where DLC will say it is a LIVE file, but if you hex edit it to say CON, then you can use it like a CON file. Those are rare exceptions, though.

And here, this is what I mean by what the first few lines say. I opened up some Guitar Hero 5 DLC that I had it told me it was a LIVE file.
