Why doesn't my Mega Man Star Force 2 game not start up on its saves?

This happens for both versions of the game - Zerker X Ninja and Zerker X Saurian. Im playing on an emulator ( No$GBA ). when i play my game it works fine. after i save the game and i restart it and choose continue the screens go black, and even after 15 minutes nothing happens and i end up restarting the game completely and playing from the beginning.

I assume you're not talking about an Xbox 360 save. Probably a computer save since its a GBA emulator. Try researching your problem on the developers website. If you can't find anything, then I'll start looking for you. Let me know if you find anything out.
