How to Use Paypal to Pay for Xbox LIVE

This tutorial will teach you how to pay for Xbox LIVE using Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, I think it is a lot more convenient. This was just introduced pretty recently in the newest dashboard update and is a great feature.


Requirements:
A computer with access to the internet
An Xbox LIVE account (can be Silver or Gold)
A Paypal account with the necessary funds available

1. Go to http://www.Xbox.com/paypal and then sign in using your Windows LIVE ID and password.

2. Click on Manage Payment Options:


3. On the next page you will see any current payment plans that you have set up and two buttons. We want to click the button that says PAY with PayPal.


4. Now we just need to enter a name for our account. I just put my first name:


Then click Next.

5. Now just sign into your PayPal account with your email and password:


6. Then you will come to an agreement screen where you must authorize that you allow Microsoft to use money from your PayPal account:


Just click the Agree and Continue button.

Now, since I, personally, don't want to authorize PayPal payments on the account that I am using in this tutorial, I will not be going any further. The rest of what you have to do should be self explanatory, but if you do need any help, I will try to help you.

Youtube on xbox, hopefully they won't charge for it. Think you can link me to the info about that update? Nice tut too, might change over to paypal if I ever set one up, I hate giving microsoft credit info when I need xbox live or microsoft points.

Nope, sorry, I wish I knew more, but I honestly had not even heard about it until I saw it on Wikipedia.
