This is an extremely obvious tutorial, but helpful if somehow you don't already know about this. This is for the 3 Free One Months that every Xbox comes with.

Requirements:
An Xbox 360
An Xbox Live connection
A Windows live ID

First off go to your dashboard and sign out of any account that you are signed into at that moment.
Then go to join Xbox Live.
Then go and type your Windows Live ID
Then type your password
Then go through all the steps of entering your information, it doesn't have to be real.
Then go and say you want a silver membership of Xbox Live
Then it will say something like, "Are you sure?"
Then say yes and it will say something like, "You are eligible for a one month Xbox Live Gold Subscription" and it makes you say yes if you want to continue
Then make your gamertag and your done.

You get three of these One months that you can make on your Xbox.
If you send in your Xbox for RRoD repairs you get more One Months on your Xbox plus they give you a one month subscription card for the trouble of sending your Xbox in to be repaired.

The one months are on your Xbox not the hardrive, so if you switch hard drives you can't just make more one months.

knew about the 3 months but did not know about them putting 3 more months into your xbox when sent into repairs that's cool

This is pretty old but many people still might not know about this.

I've had my 360 for 3 years now and I only made 2 accounts, so I still have 1 gold account gold left to make. When we get a competition going I'll make that a prize.

I doubt he's doing it like this. He probably steals accounts or gets other people to make him accounts.

Ive been to his house, hes a RL friend. He has like 10 1 month gold accounts and I saw him make like 5 accounts, RIGHT THERE at his house all of them have gold. Did he like cheat microsoft or something?

i never knew that that was possible i only thought that the free one months came from giveaways or freebie sites or the one that comes with the actual xbox. (i would say those generators but i never seem to have good luck with them)

ya I didnt know about the repairs thing until I got my xbox back from RRoD then I just made a silver then it gave me gold XD
