Ok so me and my friend were system linking to try out patches. He said he wanted to put his banned account(9999years) on my jtag so I said ok. So we flashed his acount over and he hosted a system link game..... But when we flashed it back it let him sign into xbox live and he checked his
Messages and it said hahahahahaha from that account the one he was on! I didn't know why or how this happen all I
Can say is follow these steps and maybe you can unban your old accounts!

NOTE I had a banned console at the time.

Requirements:
Jtag console
Banned account
Flash drive big enough for flashing your account
One none banned xbox, your regular xbox
That's it.

Ok so first flash your account on to flash drive then put the account on the jtag console you have to have MW2 downloaded to the console( this is how I did it )go into a system link gAme with the account you flashed over then system link your other xbox and take a random account and play the game now after you fool around a little click on xbox live now with me I had a banned kv so it told me console banned then I just went to the dashboard and flashed the account back now on your jtag use a random account and host another system link lobby. With your banned account join the system link game and fool around alittle then turn off your regular xbox and boot it back up if your account logs in then it worked!!!!! If not message me and I'll see if I missed a step.
