Auto Xbins
Auto Xbins is a program containing basically every program that you would ever need for homebrew or firmware modding. It is an app that connects to the Xbins server and has modding applications for Wii, Xbox, and Xbox 360. If you need any files for a JTAG'd Xbox or for updating your firmware on your Xbox, then here is the best place to look.

Some of the programs, yes you need a JTAG. But there are many programs that are useful for regular Xbox users or people who are going to flash their firmware on their DVD drive.

Also, it's not a virus it's a false positive. It won't hurt your computer at all.
