Need for speed hot pursuit limited edition question

Hi i just heard that people with the game in limited edition cant play with people that have it in the normal one can someone confirm this with me? or was it just utter bullcrap?

Are you talking about online??? to play online you need an online pass that is 800 MSP or it comes in the retail edition of the game

Yer online ive got the pass, but ive heard limited editions and normals cant play against each other but ive found nothing about this on there siteor google was just seeing if anyone here knew this

i would assume that the limited ed. has cars the normal one doesnt have, but theres prolly something you can download so u can play with ppl that have these cars when you dont.

The Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Limited Edition delivers six exotic cars; Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, Ford Shelby GT500, Audi TT RS Coupe, Chevrolet Camaro SS, Porsche Cayman S and Dodge Challenger SRT8. The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione and Ford Shelby GT500 are only available in the Limited Edition and will not be available at any other time. No, having the limited edition does not effect online gameplay. as you can unlock the limited edition cars Ingame.
all it does is give you extra horse power online

Scratch that, cheers anyway but it Dosn't work across the different games. when trying to join it says "Freind has a Different Version of the Game" or somthing like that.... so yer its ****** up

na we both just got the game yesterday havent downloaded anything else, only difference being that mines limited edition
