call of duty mw2/black ops or
battlefield bad company2?

until just recently i only played cod games. they always got boring after like an hour and i would quit. Im excited about bf3 so i thought i would get bfbc2 to see what to expect in bf3. well its official that i will probably never play a cod game unless for friends. bf is so amazing. ive been addicted for the past 4 days or so.


which do you like best? explain.

CoD is trash anyone can play cod and be good while bf takes some skill to play, and classes actually have a point along with having tanks and such it's just a better game. Sadly most people don't play it as it's not a CoD game...even though bf is huge on pc.

thats what i like most about bf. it takes skill. its also more realistic which i love. all the guns seem to be on the same power. no over powered class or under powered. all maps are good for sniping, lmg, smg, and assault. which i love. also no gay kill streaks.

BF sucks and people who play CoD are gay 99% of the time so it sucks. The only thing that is fun is spawn trapping and zombies. Sniping in CoD would be fun if it actually worked

sniping works just fine, you mean quickscoping...which isn't sniping.
Unless you meant by it not working in by actually counting the variables that are actually necessary to snipe ie wind,height,gravity the fact is it's to easy to snipe in cod(but it's a game).

No I don't mean quick scoping doesn't work fagboy. I mean sniping doesn't work. Half the shots don't register and you get hit markers out the ass which is ******* stupid. And how is quickscoping not sniping?

My shots always register lol, maybe it's your connection or the games you get into, as for hit markers I suppose shooting someone in the foot will kill em ****...
Oh quick scoping isn't sniping it's a retarded break in a systems sniping which people seem to assume is a talent, along with no scoping, the day they remove quick scoping is the day sniping actually does what it's suppose to do.

Black Ops is a fail.. its just a really shitty port of MW2, and Treyarch tried to impliment their own ideas which sucked. Zombies maps suck as well, just aren't the same anymore..

MW2 is still the best CoD IMO.. its just the little things in that game such as tubes, overpowered killstreaks, commando, and stuff which could all been patched but never were.. so yeah.. I currently play MLG in that game because it's all the positive things with the competitive-ness.

BFBC2 is the way to go, like stated above the classes all have a purpose, and you can't mix and match stuff to make it over powered(emmm CoD),, There's not much gay stuff about it, besides the occasional Engineer sitting behind a tank or Apache spinning in circles above the map.. Guns are really all balanced, the M60 wasn't at the start but they nerfed the **** out of it. Vietnam is an add-on for the game that will run you $15 I think, and let me say that was the second worst $15 I've ever spent(1st was Call of the Dead MapPack for BLOPS). Other then that I'd get the game if you had to pick between those three. Just make sure your in a squad and your using every function available to your advantage.

I like battlefield WAY more than cod.
The graphics, and physics are WAY better in BF:BC2, the game mechanics also make a lot more sense.
I like the huge maps, and the fact that you have to work as a team in order to win (engineers must repair vehicles, medics need to defib, etc) Destruction 2.0 is awesome. Dumb ass camping corners in a building? Blow it the **** up.

How because you say so? No, CoD suck because it gets boring and there is so much wrong with the game not because you say so. And quick scoping is sniping. Real Life Sniping: To shoot at individuals from a concealed place.

Call of Duty Sniping: Sniper is a term used to refer to a player that specializes in [U]long-range [/U ]shooting and uses a sniper rifle. They often hide in elevated and concealed positions to shoot hostiles from, making them deadly at long-range combat.

Quick-Scoping Definition(For CoD): Quickscoping is a style of playing by taking out the enemy at close range a works by going into scope shooting coming out of scope going back in and shooting again until the job is finished

Now for my opinion, sorry bro but quick-scoping is not sniping it all. Yes your running around with a sniper-rifle, but your not sniping. It takes almost no skill, and if just picked up by practice. You see no one quick-scopes in WaW because that actually took skill, while on CoD4 the M40A3 zoomed in right on your target and then in MW2 with Sleight and Hand Pro and etc it was just made a **** load easier to quick scope. All the 12 year old's go around on Xbox with 1v1 quick-scope records and what not because its easy and takes no skill. When you put the realistic factor into effect, at short range gun fights an Intervention shouldn't beat out a SMG, yet it does a decent amount. And now a reply to SureSnipe... Running around with an sniper-rifle doesn't make you any more of a man then sitting back sniping, as sitting back actually makes you do your purpose of the sniper, reconnaissance. But whatever, CoD is a terrible series with little realism involved in it, and just a bunch of douche bags. Get Halo, Gears, BF, or an RPG game, and then you'll be a real gamer, not a CoD'er.

For your information I have played xbox live since the beta so nice try with your "real" gamer speech. I'm just as much a gamer or more than any person on this site. And even if you or anyone else dosen't see quick scoping as sniping it's still the hardest thing to do in CoD. I would love to see all the people saying it's easy to try it. I guarantee 99% of you can't do it. Playing with an assault rifle really takes no skill at all which is why CoD is a gay series for online multiplayer. But in no way shape or form is quick scoping easy. Regardless of what you say. I still see people camping in head glitches with ghost and a sniper. That's ***** to me. And sorry to break it to you, no CoD took skill. And as for Halo, Gear, BF, ect. I have played all those games and more. I don't understand why everyone has to complain about someone else style of playing. If someone is running around quickscoping, then take advantage of that and pull out an assault rifle. That's what I do, and it never fails (unless the sniper gets a lucky shot).
If someone wants to camp with a sniper, and "Hardscope", let them. At least you'll know where they are so you can flank them, flash them, nade them (i prefer the pro-pipe), or whatever it takes. Sniping is the only time I think it is acceptable to camp. Even though it gets on my nerves, that's the way the sniper was made to be used. The game is balanced enough that all it takes is a loadout change to turn the tables on the opponent.

Just because someone mostly plays CoD, doesn't make them any less of a gamer. There are more people out there that play CoD, more than any other game out there. That's just a stupid ******* argument lol.

Finally, Drunken.. STFU, you play CoD more than anyone I've ever met.

I play it out of boredom quick scoping is hard but who gives a ****, it's luck and suresnipe i can quickscope just fine, obviously im not great but I could careless.

I do play black ops allot your right, but you play games to the only reason I play Black Ops is that I don't own allot of games, nor do I have/want to spend money on games, with the amount of time Ive spent on black ops probably half of your multiplayer gaming.

I wasn't making a point that I didn't play a lot I was making the point that you do and say it sucks. Which is just stupid. And no you can't quick scope fine you suck at it lol I've seen it. It's not luck either. No scoping is luck but not quickscoping.

It is an active thread on the site, but a lot of our members can't be mature enough to just talk they have to flame
