First try re-extracting. Then try redownloading or downloading from another place. The download might have gotten corrupted in some way when it was downloading. If those fail, then it's probably your console. Some people have problems with some games on their consoles. I've never had that problem before, though.

Sounds like a bad rip most likely. Check the comments from the thread that you downloaded from and see if anyone has a similar issue.
