Is it possible to boost for kills? I was thinking maybe grifball. Anyone know of any ways to do this?

I think you're more likely to get reset that way than custom challenge boosting. Just a heads up.

I don't think so either. I've literally only heard from one person that they got reset for doing it and I don't really believe them.
