Things you need:
CCleaner
Defraggler
SuperAntiSpyware

1. Run CCleaner and Analyze then click "Run CCleaner"

2. Then find issues in the registry and fix them (You might have to do this a few times until there are no issues (do NOT backup to the registry)

3. You can go to tools and startup if you want your computer to start faster too by taking off some programs from the list.
4. Open defraggler as administrator and click on analyze and then on defrag

5. Run Superantispyware and scan the computer (it might take a while) and then just quarantine or remove all the viruses found
6. Restart your computer and you're done
You should run CCleaner each week or so or each 3 days and Defraggler each 2 weeks to keep your computer up to speed
