So, I'm a little late on this, but I thought I would post anyway. I may start hosting again in the near future if I feel up for it. I'll bring the lobby section back too just in case anyone else wants to host. And, I'll also be posting the files needed to do this in Premium for anyone looking for them.

How it works
activeaction's value is added to the start of the cmd buffer at the start of a game then cleared.
so when you set it - it will execute, then setting it again inside of it - it will execute the next game.
activeactionception right?

So when you start a private game it will set to an online game and set time limit to 0.1 (ending instantly) - It will have cleared the activeaction value as soon as its added to the cmd buffer, so it has cleared before the cmd has enough time to set it again.
Once it ends, you will end up in a public game lobby, wait for it to start (5+ people needed to prevent migration)

Now the online game will start, a few cool dvars will set.
The important ones being scr_dm_timelimit and scr_dm_scorelimit.
This making the time very very long, and setting score limit to 0 making it unlimited.
scr_dm_score_suicide being 13370000 when you kill yourself, you will get max rank, this value never gets reset.

How do I setz da valuez?
Theres a function in cod called SV_GameSendServerCommand, you can use this to set dvars on your retail while in system link with a jtag/rgh/xdk.
void SV_GameSendServerCommand(int clientNum, svscmd_type type, const char *text)
In TU7 this function is located at 0x822548C8,
to set values on your retail the clientNum will be 1, and type can be 0.
the text will be like "s dvarname \"dvarvalue\"" so you can call it like so:
SV_GameSendServerCommand(1, 0, "s scr_dm_score_suicide \"13370000\"");
You can either make an xex to do this for you, or use xdrpc.

How you can easily patch this, say bye to activeaction, or if you use it for some file from a zone, check the strlen, doubt it would be long enough for the activeactionception. As this requires a title update, you may be able to fix this with a hot-fix, if you can set dvars at the menu (between each game) or before it adds activeaction to the cmd buffer just clear it.
Note: this is the last dvar that can be add to the cmd buffer during game.

Summary
Have fun while it lasts, you can also do public cheater by putting your dvar mods inside activeaction.
Oh and btw, that gsc video that Teh1337 posted was fake (watch?v=DsCgGaVukD4), he used my program to send commands to his retail (easily setting dvars, and using iprintln and iprintlnbold), If I have some spare time, I will make an xex to do this for you, for the mean time, I am working on Project AC1D (Yes it will be released soon, be patient - may also be adding mw2 support )

Yeah, when I get around to hosting, I will capture it. All frequent members of the site can get in for free if they care. If there is still demand, maybe I'll just host a lot of free lobbies to try and bring in new members or charge very small amounts of money like $1 or $2.
